The NOCC, like many other organizations, uses "cookies", which are small files sent to your web browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are used on the NOCC website to determine which local Chapter a website visitor has selected. As soon as the visitor selects a different Chapter, that cookie is over-written.
