The Code of Ethics (COE) governs each individual's behavior in NOCC. Those persons representing NOCC should conduct themselves with the highest standard of accountability, transparency, integrity, and responsibility.

The COE shall apply to all volunteers, staff, and board members of NOCC, each of whom shall act with honesty, integrity, and openness in all their dealings as representatives of NOCC. NOCC promotes a working environment that values respect, fairness, and integrity.

NOCC Code of Ethics

I, as a volunteer representing the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, Inc. (NOCC) and working to ensure that NOCC delivers on its mission, will do the following:

• Act with personal integrity in all my interactions with NOCC, its donors, and the public;
• Respect all those with whom I interact in NOCC including other volunteers, staff, and the public;
• Act to protect any confidentiality or private information that I may know in my role as a volunteer;
• Be responsible for reporting accurate and timely information when requested or required;
• Promote fundraising needed to meet NOCC's mission in an accurate, honest, and truthful manner.
